제목 Study of gel induction time for ZrO2 gelcasting
초록 The study of gelation induction time of zirconia slurry including dispersant, monomer, crosslinking agent and water medium was investigated. The ZrO2 particles milled with 0.5 wt% PAA Ammonium salt dispersant had a low viscosity of 100mPa.s. When 100 g / L of acrylamide was used, the gel induction time of the ZrO2 slip had sufficient processing time. The higher the concentration of the monomer, the higher the gel strength. But the gel induction time was shorter as the concentration was increased.
