제목 YSZ Suspensions Stabilization in High Concentration of Dispersant Agent
초록  The porpose of this study is to determine the effects of high concentrtaion of dispersant agent for ceramic suspensions stabilizations. Small particle size with low viscosity and higher zeta potential are criticial value in the collodial suspensions and determined as a stable suspensions condition. Nevertheless, a stable suspensions with this critical value is difficult to obtain because of agglomeration and micelle formation. Due to this reason, we prepared suspensions of YSZ in several condition of dispersant agent  Ammonium polyacrylate(APA) and Diammonium Citrate (DAC) and added PVP to modification suspensions properties. In case the addition of dispersant agent in higher amount will leave the free polymer in the suspensions. The amount of free polymer will increase as the amount of dispersant agent increasing. The addition of PVP will make the polymer chains overlap each other and build macromolecule to create a long distances between particles. By addition dispersant agent and PVP polymer was assumed that steric, electrostatic and depletion stabilization are all in effect in this system.
