Conductive polymer are regarded as promising materials of transparent electrodes because of their outstanding conductivity, unique transparency, lightness, low price, flexibility and high workability in industrial processing. Poly (3, 4-ethyldioxythiophene) (PEDOT), as one of the conductive polymers, is able to be used as the flexible organic electronic material. We synthesized water soluble reduced graphene oxide (RGO) via functionalization with poly(vinyl sulfate) (PVS) through Noncovalent interaction, And then fabricated the polyelectrolyte complex PEDOT:PVS/RGO adding acidic catalyst, oxidizing agent and 3,4-ethyldioxythiophene (EDOT) using noncovalent interaction. Additionally, We proved applications of Conductive PEDOT:PVS/RGO compound film as transparent electrode through characterization using measuring 4 point probe for square resistance and UV-vis spectroscopy for transmittance. |
