High efficiency phosphorescent OLEDs using fused carbazole derivatives as high triplet energy hole transport materials |
초록 |
We have synthesized high triplet energy hole transport materials derived from fused carbazole core structure and investigated the device performances of blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes with the hole transport materials. Carbazole, indole and diphenylamine were attached as the functional groups to manage the energy levels and hole transport properties. A high triplet energy over 2.9 eV were obtained in all fused carbazole based hole transport materials and a high quantum efficiency over 20% could be achived in green and blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. |
