Synthesis of thermally stable hole transport materials for green phosphorescent of organic light emitting diodes |
초록 |
Thermally stable hole transport materials based on double spiro core were designed for green phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes. Two hole transport materials, a double spiro compound with two diphenylamines at different fluorene moiety and a double spiro compound with two diphenylamines at the same fluorene moiety, were effectively synthesized by one step or two step ring closing methods. The double spiro compound has high glass transition temperature (Tg) above 140°C due to rigid core structure and high triplet energy for application in green phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes. |
