Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have attracted a great deal of interest due to their exceptional mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties. In particular, CNTs have been regarded as one of the most promising reinforcements for highperformance composites. However, these applications have been restrained by technical challenges such as dispersion, interfacial bonding, etc. In this work, for improving these problems, we prepared polyurethane nanocomposites by click reaction of functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and polyurethane. Introduction of alkyne groups on th surface of MWNTs was examined by FT-IR spectra. The morphology of nanocomposites were analyzed by FE-SEM and TEM. And the tensile modulus of the nanocomposites were better than pristine MWNTs/polyurethane nanocomposites. |
