제목 New Nanosized Blue and Green Light-Emitting materials:synthesis and characterization
초록 Nanosized blue and green light-emitting materials in which fluorene and thiophene moieties are introduced into nanosized cores were synthesized by Suzuki couping and hydrosilation reaction. The molecular structures of the nanosized materials were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and FTIR spectroscopy. Thermal properties of these materials were characterized by DSC and TGA. The PL spectra showed blue and green region emissions. They were soluble in common organic solvents and can be spin-coated on ITO or quartz plates. Homogeneous films were formed. Also, EL properties were investigated. The results showed that the nanosized materials are promising blue and green light-emitting materials which can be applied by solution processing technique.
