제목 Single Emissive layer White Organic Light-Emitting Diodes based on Solution processed New Yellow Emitting Iridium complex
초록 New yellow emitting phosphorescent Ir(III) complexes, bis[4-phenyl-2-(2,3,4,5-tetrafluorophenyl)quinoline]iridium picolinate-N-oxide [F4PPQ2Ir(picN-O)], was synthesized and applied in efficient single emitting layer electrophosphorescent white phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) by solution process. The WOLEDs that we have prepared utilizes three phosphorescent dopants, bis[2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-4-methylpyridine]iridium picolinate-N-oxide [blue emitter], bis[9-(2-(2-methoxyethoxy)ethyl)-3-(4-phenylquinolin-2-yl)-9H-carbazole]iridium picolinate-N-oxide [deep red emitter] and new yellow emitter, exhibit a color rendering index of over 72. The solution processed white PhOLEDs with a configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK:mCP:OXD-7:Ir(III) complexes/TmPyPB/LiF/Al were fabricated. The WOLED with three phosphorescent dopants showed a maximum luminance efficiency of 23.04 cd/A and a maximum external quantum efficiency of 11.45 % along with CIE coordinates of (0.326, 0.383).
