Directional Photofluidic Fabrication of Plasmonic Metamaterials |
초록 |
Highly ordered metallic nanostructures have attracted a significant interest in plasmonics. However, methods generally used for developing metallic nanostructure arrays over a large area have low throughput and, moreover, limited to specific fabricated shapes (e.q. holes, lines, and prisms). Herein, we demonstrate directional photofluidization lithography (DPL) as a new method to overcome the aforementioned limitations. Our success of DPL stems from the use of photo-reconfigurable polymer arrays to mold the metallic nanostructures. Therefore, DPL allows unprecedented control over the sizes and shapes of metallic nanostructures. More importantly, DPL ensures scalable, parallel, and cost-effective process. |
