Radiolabeled monoclonal antibody (mAb) has been widely applied to both diagnosis and therapy of human cancer and regarded as an encouraging and promising approach in the nuclear medicine field. Here, the use of radiolabeled monoclonal antibody for the cancer therapy and imaging is introduced and the several advanced techniques to enhance the efficiency of tumor penetration and therapeutic effect are presented. |
