Fabrication of various nanopattern based on colloidal crystals |
| 초록 |
We have fabricated various shaped cnanopatterns from 3D colloidal crystal templat by using soft imprinting method. Firstly we prepared high quality 3D colloidal crystals then we obtained PDMS relica molds based on these colloidal crystals. Subsequently we replicated PDMS replica mold on polymer film. During this process by stretching the PDMS mold, we can get various shaped nanopatterns such as retanglar, haxgnal etc. |
