As interest increases on aging in modern people. studies of aging haver been activated on it. Excessive production of reactive oxygen oxidizes the body's cells. As a result, cell function is reduced. This is called aging. In order to prevent aging, Antioxidants to protect cells from the active oxygen is required. Flavonoids are antioxidant, it can be found easily in our natural products around. Therefore, in this study, Through the solvent-hot water extraction, We tried to find the conditions to maximize the extraction of flavonoids. Also using the RSM program(Response Surface Methdology), The results were analyzed of data. And try to provide the best donditions for extracting flavonoids from natural products. |
