Effect of temperature on synthesis and electrochemical behaviors of nitrogen-doped graphene using an urea precursor |
초록 |
Urea based nitrogen-doped graphene(NGS) showed excellent electrochemical properties as anode material of lithium-sulfur cell. The performance of NGS was related to types of nitrogen on carbon matrix. In case of lithium-sulfur battery, pyridinic N which replaced with carbon of C6 ring contributes to prevent dissolution of polysulfide. In this study, we applied various temperatures to determine optimal point that shows maximum pyridinic N proportion at same heating rate. The prepared NGS was mixed with elemental sulfur powder by CS2. The NGS/sulfur composite exhibits 60% of sulfur loading. The morphology of the composite was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transition electron microscopy (TEM). Electrochemical properties were also characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in 1M LiTFSI electrolyte. |
