제목 | Tunable Porosity of Covalent Organic Polymer by Changing the Structure of Monomer: Application to the Removal of Heavy Metal Ions from Wastewater |
초록 | Over the last decades, removal of heavy metal ions from wastewater have attracted chemical engineers. For this purpose, many engineering method applied tho this field, such as chemical precipitation, ion exchange, adsorption, etc. Above all, adsorption is promising method because its reusability and efficiency. We synthesized various Covalent Oraganic Polymers (COPs) by melamine and some kind of monomers. By varying the pore size distribution and the BET surface area, these polymers were used to remove heavy metal ions from wastewater and their performance for application was evaluated. |
