제목 Luminescent Organogels for Sensing of Anion Species
초록 A new series of low molar mass organogelator containing 2-(2’-hydroxyphenyl) benzoxazole (HPB) group with long alkyl chain was synthesized by the reaction with HPB and various alkyl isocyanate in THF at room temperature. The gelation abilities of organogelators were tested by heating-cooling method in various organic solvents. Translucent and opaque organogels were formed from CCl4 and from cyclohexane, respectively. The driving forces of these molecules for self-assembled to supramolecular structure are well-known to physical bond, for example, H-bond, van der Waals interaction and π-π interaction, etc. The self-assembled structure was confirmed with FE-SEM. The sensing properties of organogel for anionic species were monitored by UV/vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The self-assembled CCl4-gel structure was collapsed upon exposure to anionic species, and the solution showed that the strong and green fluorescence of gel was quenched dramatically.
