제목 Synthesis and Characterization of VO2(M) Through Hydrothermal and Heat-treatment Process
초록 When vanadium dioxide is synthesized at low-temperature in autoclave, VO2(M) is not formed. So, in this study, VO2(M) was synthesized in two-step process. In first step, metastale vanadium dioxide was synthesized at 200℃ from vanadium pentoxide and oxalic acid dihydrate as starting materials in a teflon-lined autoclave by hydrothermal method. In second step, after the metastale vanadium dioxide was calcinated at N2 atmosphere in tube electric furnace, VO2(M) was obtained.  The properties of sample were analyzed by the means of XRD, SEM, TEM, UV-Vis, DSC, and EDS.
