Preparation of temperature/pH sensitive gold nanoparticle and its release behavior |
| 초록 |
The temperature/pH-sensitive gold nanoparticles were prepared using self-assembly technique. The amino group-terminated surface of Au colloid was grafted with poly(N-isopropylacrylamid-co-acrylic acid) which had the temperature and pH sensitivity, respectively. The optical properties, loading efficiency and drug release of the nanoparticles were investigated in the various pH and temperature. The differences of copolymer composition and attached yield determined the kinetic of release behaviors. |
