Preparation and characteristics of superhydrophobic nanocomposite using acrylate polymer and silica nanoparticles |
초록 |
Nano-silica particles were dispersed in a mixed solution of polymeric compounds containing fluorine and acrylate derivatives. The solution mixture was then coated on a base film by bar coating or spray coating to give the UV-curable super-hydrophobic composite film with surface hardness. Nano-silica particles played an important role in obtaining a super-hydrophobic surface roughness of a surface. The fluorine-containing polymer was coated on the hydrophobic silica surface to increase the hydrophobicity. UV curable acrylate derivatives were connected to the surface of fluorinated silica. The contact angle of the coated film was measured to evaluate the hydrophobicity. The morphology of the surface was studied using FE-SEM and the surface hardness was measured with the pencil hardness tester |
