제목 Capacitive behavior of cylindrical fiber capacitor with opened PI layer with humidity
초록 PET fiber capacitor with exposed PI layer was fabricated on PET monofilament which consists of polyimide layer for dielectrics and Al thin film for electrodes was used. Al thin film was deposited by RF magnetron sputtering for electrodes of both inside and outside and polyimide film was coated by using dipping. With the length of exposed PI layer, capacitance was measured in condition of %RH ranged from 30 to 100 by using a HP 4284A. Also as varying the exposed length of polyimide layer, capacitance was drastically changed from 112 pF to 3.52 X 106 pF with the humidity. Also the repeated bending of humidity sensor on PET monofilament was performed to investigate the effect of bending.
