Effect of physical activation on electrospun carbon nanofibers for bio sensor of glucose |
| 초록 |
The electrospun activated carbon nanofibers (EACFs)were prepared by electrospinning and activation methods. As-spun fibers were prepared by using polyacrylonitrile/dimethylformamide polymer solution. Silica and carbon nanotubes were added into the prepared polymer solution as the activation agent and conductive additive. The glucose oxidase catalyst was coated by nafion on the EACFs for preparation of bio sensor. The glucose was detected by prepared bio sensor using current-voltage curves to investigate the electron transfer between glucose and prepared bio sensor. |
