PET film is used as a base material in the BLU(back light unit) of the display applications. The optical properties are obtained by coating pattern or lens layer which consists of UV resins on the PET film. The primer is used to enhance adhesiveness between the PET film and UV resin, which has poor adhesiveness. In this study, the primer solution is prepared with acrylic latex and polyester resins. The adhesion properties of the primer solution are investigated based onthe various ratios of acrylic latex and polyester resins using the cross-hatched method. |
