Construction of flower-like MnWO4 on Defect-engineered Graphitic Carbon Nitride for selective and sensitive determination of Chloramphenicol in some real samples |
초록 |
The overuse of chloramphenicol (CAP) in food or medicine may have negative health effects on both humans and animals. Therefore, the fast and reliable detection of CAP is highly important in foodstuff and water samples at trace levels. Notably, graphitic carbon nitride/manganese tungstate (g-C3N4/MnWO4) composites could be used as an electrocatalyst for the detection of CAP. The synergistic effect of unique g-C3N4 structure combined with anti-interference characteristics of MnWO4 promotes the facilitation of rapid electron transfer pathways. Thus, the active sites of g-C3N4/MnWO4 composite in close contact with the electrolyte significantly reduces the overpotential with excellent electrochemical sensing performance. The differential pulse voltammetry current of g-C3N4/MnWO4 exhibited a linear CAP detection range of 4.0-94 pM and an ultralow detection limit of 0.13 pM. This nanomaterial could be used for sensing applications in environmental settings. |
