The study were investigated various fuctional activities of PE composite film with Eugenol-g-Chitosan, EuCs. The effects of EuCs concentrations including 5%, 10% and 20%(w/w) on the film properties were determined by antioxidant, antimicrobial activities. DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging in the composite films increased with time and content ratio of EuCs particles and showed 25% and 36% after 5 hours, respectively. Antimicrobial activities of the composite films improved with the content ratio of EuCs particles. |
