Influence of ZnS nanoparticle size on the efficiency of hybrid ZnS-P3HT solar cell |
초록 |
Hybrid solar cells with the active layer composed of variable sized nanocrystalline ZnS (nc-ZnS) particles and regioregular poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) were tested. The photovoltaic effect in the devices has been studied as a function of the ZnS particle size for a given concentration. The short circuit photocurrent, fill factor, and power conversion efficiency were found to enhance with the inclusion of the smaller nc-ZnS particles. |
