Near-infrared Quantum-dot Photodetectors via Improving Interfacial Contact Using Conjugated Polyelectrolytes |
초록 |
The photodetecting properties of near-infrared quantum-dot photodetectors were enhanced by introducing three kinds of novel cationic conjugated polyelectrolytes. The on-current density of the NIR-QPDs was increased by the decreased work-function of ZnO/CCPs via forming a permanent dipole moment at the interface of ZnO and CCPs. In addition, the decreased bimolecular recombination and uniformly deposited QD layer assisted in the improvement of Jph and photo-responsivity value in NIR-QPDs. The off-current was significantly suppressed by the improved interfacial morphology and the reduced defect site of ZnO after CCP treatments. |
