제목 | Room-temperature dissolution of pulp cellulose in tetraethylammonium hydroxide–urea aqueous solutions |
초록 | This work is an investigation including the dissolution of pulp cellulose in TEAOH/urea solution systems, rheological properties of cellulose–tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEAOH)/urea aqueous solution (CS-T/U). First, a sheered HwBKP cellulose (DP= ~1500), as the starting raw material, can be dissolved rapidly in 60 min at room temperature, and the dissolved proportion of cellulose was up to 98.0 wt% in the TEAOH/urea solution system with various mole ratio of TEAOH and urea (T: U= 1: 0.5–1: 5). The rheological properties of transparent CS–T/U were investigated, demonstrating that all solutions exhibited the typical shear thinning behavior, viscoelastic, and flow properties, and the viscosity of CS–T/U increased as the amount of urea increased. 사 사 이 연구는 2019년도 정부(교육부)의 재원으로 한국연구재단의 지원을 받아 수행된 기초 연구사업임 (NRF-2019R1A2C2009284). |
