제목 ZnO nanorod Arrays Integrated Piezoelectric Nanogenerator Using Aqueous Solution Method
초록 We have fabricated a ZnO nanorod arrays integrated nanogenerator that is driven by the periodic finger knocking. The nanogenerator was fabricated with vertically aligned ZnO nanorod arrays that were grown onto ITO glass substrate using an aqueous solution method. Solution-based ZnO growth method has the advantages of simplicity, low growth temperature, large-scale growth, and mass productivity. The measured output current and voltage under periodic pressure on the nanogenerator surface was 0.1nA and 1mV, respectively. This low temperature and simple fabrication of a nanogenerator allow for the facile mass production of this type of nanogenerator.
