제목 Vertical Distribution of Components in Sovent-Annealed P3HT:PCBM Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells
초록 Recently, the bulk heterojunction (BHJ) polymer solar cells based on P3HT:PCBM blend has gained attention as a promising candidate due to their desirable cost/efficiency ratio. In particular, efficiency of the BHJ polymer solar cells can be maximized mainly by controlling the nanoscale morphology of the active layer. In the present work, we confirmed the morphological changes based on the vertical migrations of components in the P3HT:PCBM blend films after an optimized solvent annealing. In addition, we clearly demonstrated a significant effect of the vertical distribution of components in the blend films on the performance of BHJ solar cells, which was comparatively analyzed with efficiency parameters of devices based on active layers with intentionally modified vertical distribution of components.
