제목 Apparent Association Constant of Hybrid Nanoparticles Composed of Copper(II)-phthalocyanine Tetrasulfonate and Titanium Dioxide for Various Polymeric Stabilizers
초록 Photosensitizers irradiated by laser generate reactive oxygen species such as singlet oxygen, superoxide anion, hydroxyl radical, which can be used in photodynamic therapy. In this study, hybrid nanoparticles were prepared through electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions between photosensitizer and TiO2 nanoparticle and showed good dispersion stability in water and enhanced singlet oxygen generation rate. Furthermore to investigate adsorption behavior of copper(II)-phthalocyanine tetrasulfonate (CuPCTS) on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles, apparent equilibrium association constants (Kapp) were calculated by Benesi & Hildebrand method from UV-Vis. absorption spectra for various polymeric surfactant and their particle sizes were measured using a dynamic light scattering particle size analyzer.
