Thermoresponsive polymers for the selective sensing of Cu(II) ions in aqueous media and their tunable thermosensitivities driven by copper coordinate interaction |
초록 |
Thermoresponsive random copolymers, p(DMA-co-PVHC), were synthesized and characterized for the selective colorimetric sensing of Cu(II) ions and tunable thermal transitions by the extent of copper coordinate interaction in an aqueous solution. The selective and efficient colorimetric sensing of Cu(II) ions in an aqueous solution have been demonstrated. The addition of Cu(II) ions to the aqueous solution of these polymers led to the formation of Cu(II)/N-phenylthiosemicarbazone complexes. Turbidimetry by UV-Visible spectroscopy and DLS)measurements were carried out to determine LCST values of the aqueous solutions of the copolymers with different extent of copper coordinate interaction. |
