제목 Preparation and application of chitosan based bionanocomposite films using starch nanoparticles
초록 In this work, bionanocomposite films were synthesized using CHS, PVA, starch nanoparticle (SNP), SSA, and glycerol (GL), xylitol (XL). Bionanocomposite films added SNP were prepared by a casting method and UV curing process. SNP were prepared using MBS and glutaraldehyde via a simple emulsion diffusion method. SNP were characterized by SEM, TEM. In addition, the surface and cross-section morphologies of bionanocomposite films were examined by SEM. TS, EB (%), SB and solubility of prepared bionanocomposite films were investigated. The results indicated that physical properties were improved by the addition of SNP. In order to apply a transdermal drug delivery patch, we prepared the SNP imprinted with ALP as the target drug (ALP-SNP), and then synthesized functional bionanocomposite films added ALP-SNP. The degree of ALP release was examined using human skin condition (pH 6.8±0.2 and 36.5±0.5 ℃). Results of the artificial skin test verified that ALP was released constantly for 7 days.
