Ultrasonic spray coated silver nanowire-graphene nano-hybrid transparent conductive films for flexible electronics |
초록 |
Bi-layer ultrasonic spray coated silver nanowire-graphene nano hybrid transparent conductive film (TCF) is successfully demonstrated and the optical and electrical properties were thoroughly studied. The sonic power, water droplet size and flow rate are found to critical parameter for facile ultrasonic fabrication of the hybrid film. The as prepared hybrid TCFs show the minimum sheet resistance of 149.8 Ω/□ with the optical transmittance of 80.2 % at 550 nm, which is comparable to conventional indium tin-oxide (ITO). |
