제목 | Development of CFU simulator and physical properties estimation system |
초록 | INTRODUCTION For successful optimization and friendly-user simulator development of the condensate fractionation unit process, CFU simulator has been carried out on simulator by Aspen Petroleum and VBA to estimate product yields and physical properties. EXPERIMENTAL Simulator’s input data preparation Input data of condensate was provided by TBP(True boiling point) as pseudo-components that based on boiling point ranges representing the oil fractions and physical properties(boiling point, sulfur content, pour point etc.) RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Yields estimation Prediction accuracy ≥ 98% between process design case and CFU simulator, and 87~96% Physical property estimation Prediction accuracy is about 90~95% when plant data is applied CONCLUSION We have successfully developed the CFU simulator to estimate yield and physical property for refinery products with high prediction accuracy about 90~95%. |
