Although R&D cost of functional cosmetics is cheaper than that of medical and dietetic products, the former creates similar ripple effect and sales compared with the latter. In case of whitening cosmetic ingredients, East Asia market such as Korea, Japan and China, has rapidly grown, so it is more important to develop the functional materials. Also it has additional benefits to graft those skills onto the medical fields easily. The natural herb materials has the properties of containing the physiological active ingredient, so it is suitable to develop future main components not only cosmetics but also medicine and food fields. Thus, this experiment examined for the physiological activity by supercritical fluid extraction process on Phellinus Linteus extracts available as functional cosmetic ingredients. |
