제목 Fabrication of ZnO nanorodes by chemical method for glucose biosensor
초록   The single-crystal zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorodes were prepared by chemical method using mixture of zinc acetate and hexamine at 90℃ for 2 hours on gold substrates to form ZnO/Au electrodes. Surface morphology and crystalline structure of ZnO was characterized by SEM and XRD, respectively. Surface morphology shows the nanorodes of ZnO and XRD confirms the high quality hexagonal crystal structure. The glucose oxidase (GOx) was immobilized on ZnO/Au electrodes by physical absorption for 1 hour. GOx immobilization onto electrode was characterized by FTIR. The amperometric response of GOx/ZnO/Au electrodes with glucose indicate the low detection limit about 10 μM. Cyclic voltammogram of GOx/ZnO/Au electrode at different scan rates in pH 7.4 phosphate buffer solution shows well-defined redox peaks about 300 mV which proves that ZnO acts as a mediator.
