| 제목 | Characterization of cerium oxide nanofibers obtained by electrospinning technique |
| 초록 | Electrospinning has been used as a simple and useful method for synthesizing nanosize materials such as nanomats, nanobelts, and nanfibers. We synthesized ceria nanofibers applying a mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol and cerium nitrate hydrate by electrospinning technique followed by calcination of the nanofibers. The morphology and diameter of the cerium nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the crystal structure of the synthesized ceria nanofibers was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was performed for investigation of the chemical nature of the obtained nanofibers. |
