Fabrication of TiO2 nanotubes for electrode of Dye-sensitizedSolar Cell (DSSC) |
초록 |
TiO2 has been widely investigated for applying fields such as photocatalyst, hydrogen storage and solar cell etc. Specially, TiO2 nanotube is interesting in application fields because it has high specific surface area and strong surface adsorption efficiency due to mesoporous structure. In this study, TiO2 nanotube was manufactured for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) electrode. Firstly, we made polymer nanofiber by electrospinning method. Then, TiO2 nanotube could be obtained by TiO2 precursor adsorption on polymer nanofiber and calcination of it. The morphology of TiO2 nanotube was observed using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The crystal structure was confirmed by X-ray Diffractometer (XRD). And specific surface area was measured by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET). |
