제목 The synthesis of hybrid phthalocyanine anchored in silica surface
초록 Recently, organic/inorganic hybrid nanoparticles have attracted ever increasing researches due to electronic, catalytic and optical properties. Phthalocyanine (Pc) has excellent characteristic which has thermal stability and electroconductivity, so it has been used in various field. But it has low solubility and bad dispersibility in common solvent. Therefore, in this paper, nano colloidal silica which dispersed to Pc was described and the modified silica Pc was compared with the unmodified silica Pc. Hybrid phthalocyanine anchored in silica surface was confirmed infrared spectroscope(IR) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
