제목 The development of Micro-Channel Reformer using (LTCC) for Micro-Fuel Cell Application
초록 We designed micro-fuel reformer system which generates H2 rich gas from methanol solution. A micro-fuel processor system was manufactured with Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) tape. Vaporizer and combustor are integrated which is fabricated by stacking LTCC substrates. The total size of the reformer is 40×75×10mm. We are using liquid methanol solution which is evaporated by road type electric heaters. For the operation of PEMFC fuel cells, in order to prevent poisoning of the anode catalyst, the carbon monoxide concentration of the hydrogen-rich gas (ca. 40–75% H2) must be reduced to below 100 ppm. For reduce Carbon monoxide to lower than 100ppm, CO-cleanup part was set up and catalyst used for partial oxidation.
