제목 Synthesis of organic-inorganic hybrid sol for dispersing agent for insulating layer
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrid sols were synthesized from nano silica particles dispersed in water and organoalkoxysilanes using the sol-gel process. Organic-inorganic hybrid sols used binder as dispersing agent of ceramic powder for producing electric insulating layer of heating system. Organic binder required the sol stability as dispersing agent and high thermal resistance as producing the insulation layer of heating element. This work focuses on the effect of three multifunctional organoalkoxysilanes. Variation of viscosity and transmittance of sol solutions were evaluated with reaction time for sol stability. Thermal property of organic-inorganic hybrid sol was characterized by thermogravimetric analysis. On this study, stable and high thermal resistance organic-inorganic hybrid sols were synthesized.
