Phthalocyanines are widely used a dyestuffs, photocatalysis, photodiodes, electronic conductors and electrochemistry. Microwave technology, clean energy concept with different heating mechanisms, has been known as novel process. In this study we synthesised hexadecachloro copperphthalocyanine (Cl16CuPc) by microwave processing and investigated properties of nanocrystaslline Cl16CuPc. The chemical structure of sample was roughly confirmed by IR-spectrometer. The microstructure and crystal structure of sample were analyzed by TEM and XRD, respectively. |
