Chemical process Industry(CPI) has been attracted by the batch process for its flexibility. To utilize chemical processes more efficiently, the scheduling of the batch process is getting more important. So our approach contributes to raising the scheduling efficiency by taking out of phase mode in product batch processes.Because the mode change has the effect of shortening the idle time between the real working processing times. From the single product multi-campaign model, we develop a new completion time algorithms of the unlimited intermediate storage tank(UIS) and no intermediate storage (NIS) cases. We used the Gantt Chart Mapping method to display and conform the calculated completion time and stage utilization. A couple of Examples are presented to test our proposition and a gantt chart mapping program- Gantt Man is developed.
