ε-type copperphthalocyanine (CuPc) has been used as high quality pigment, electrical and electronic material due to its unique reddish blue and clean hue.But the fabrication of ε-type CuPc is quite difficult because the specific conditions such as shear force, reaction temperature and solvent can be matched to be formed ε-type phase.In this study, we investigated the behavior of phase transformation from α, β-CuPc to ε-type CuPc through shear force, reaction temperature and solvent. The chemical structure of samples was roughly confirmed by I (IR) spectroscope.The microstructure and crystal structure of samples were analyzed by (SEM) and (XRD), respectively. |
