제목 Sol-Gel Synthesis of Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Films for Electro-Optic Applications
초록 A series of novel organic-inorganic hybrid materials with nonlinear optical properties was synthesized by sol-gel processing. An amine contaning, organic dye was reacted with 3-glycidpropyltrimethoxysilane to produce a modified inorganic precursor. For sol-gel reaction, various diol compounds was reacted with the modified inorganic precursor at 70℃ and heat-treated for thermal condensation and elimination of methanol as a byproduct. The thin films of these hybrid materials were prepared by spin coating on the ITO substrate and characterized by TEM, SEM, AFM and electro-optic measurements.
