Organic photovoltaic (OPV) have intensively studied in recent years due to their advantages such as cost effectiveness and possibility of applications in flexible devices. In spite of these attractive aspects, the OPV still have a draw-back of their low power conversion efficiency and environmental. One of the ideal deice set-up of OPVs, to solve these problems, is the inverted structured single and tandem OPVs which have greatest potential for achieving an improvement of device performances. Beside the device structure, various nanomaterials such as doped metal oxide interlayer, nanowire, plasmonic metal nanoparticles, carbon based materials (graphene, CNT, fullerene), and etc. are introduced. In this research, the technical issues and recent progress of I-OPV with nanomaterials in KIMS to enhancement of device efficiency and stability in terms of materials, process and characterization have summarized. Finally, nanomaterials for semi-transparent OPV will be discussed more. |
