| 제목 | Effects onthe Thermal Properties of Nano fumed silica &modified siloxaneaddition to epoxy Chipstacking adhesives |
| 초록 | Epoxy composites filled with modified siloxane and various amounts of nano fumed silica were prepared by a solvent assisted dispersion procedure. The obtained composites were analyzed by means of differential scanning calorimetry, thermo-mechanical analyzer, thermo-gravimetrical analyzer, Universial Testing Machine. Loaded force of composites at break point is decreased as increasing of contents of silica. |
