제목 Preparation of transparent substrate with the low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE)
초록 The development of substrate with the transparency, low coefficient of thermal expansion and low permeability of gas is the crucial prerequisite for the realization of the flexible display. However, up to date, the CTE property of the plastic base film is still higher than that of the inorganic barrier layer, which seriously restricts the application of plastic substrate for the display. In this work, the transparent substrate based on the organic-inorganic hybrid was prepared from the sol-gel reaction in the presence of hydroxyl-functionalized polymer. The film with the thickness of 200um was prepared by the solution casting. The various substrate were prepared by the changing the ratio of organic to inorganic moieties and the morphology, transparency, coefficient of thermal expansion and the mechanical strength of the substrates were investigated.
