제목 Effect of size and surface coverage of CH3NH3PbI3 crystal in perovskite solar cells
초록 The perovskite crystals are formed by intercalation of CH3NH3I into layered structure of PbI2. It is reported that this reaction is affected by thermal condition, pH and concentration. For instance, the larger crystal can be formed in the faster nucleation environment such as high reaction temperature or low methylammonium concentration. And the power conversion efficiency (PCE), light harvesting efficiency and charge transport kinetics are influenced by different crystal size. Herein, we characterize light absorption and charge transport kinetics with respect to crystal size and surface coverage of TiO2 layer in perovskite solar cells which were fabricated by different thermal conditions. We found that charge transport phenomena is affected by crystal size and surface coverage of mesoporous TiO2 layers.
