제목 Novel D-Π-A System Based on Zinc-porphyrin Derivatives for Highly Efficient Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 We have designed and synthesized novel zinc porphyrin dyes that have D-π-A system containing a triphenylamine electron-donating group and a meso-substituted phenyl carboxyl anchoring group attached at the meso position of the porphyrin ring, yielding the push-pull porphyrins as the most efficient green dye for DSSCs applications. The synthesis and characterization of novel D-π-A system based on zinc-porphyrin derivatives have been investigated through their photophysical and photoelectrochemical studied. Under the photovoltaic performance measurement, a maximum photo-to-electron conversion efficiency of 5.01% was achieved with the DSSC based on dye 4-(bis(4-(9H-carbazol-9-yl)phenyl)amino)benzaldehyde (Voc=0.67 V, Jsc=10.71mA/cm2, ff=69.91%) under AM1.5 irradiation (100mWcm-2).
