제목 Efficiency and stability investigations of large-area organic photovoltaic
초록 Efficiency of organic photovoltaic (OPV) is observed to be dependent on the photoactive area and sheet resistance of ITO electrode. The series resistance of OPV devices was decreased by reducing the sheet resistance (Rsh) of the ITO and the photoactive area, which leads to increasing device efficiency. Organic solar cells with large photoactive area of >2.0 cm2 have been fabricated with a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of >3.0 %, comparable to 0.3 cm2 area (PCE= 3.3 %). Here we describe the effect of device performance on the Rsh and dimension of ITO electrode for large-area OPV applications.
